Paul Brown

Meet Paul Brown, our esteemed President, who brings over 25 years of invaluable experience supporting military and federal government initiatives. Starting as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and transitioning into a seasoned Program Management Professional, Paul served as the Vice President of Military Health Programs for Maximus Federal. He then became the Chief Operating Officer and managing partner of Defense Health Agency programs at Spinvi Consulting, overseeing the deployment of the Department of Defense's Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA). Paul coauthored a groundbreaking concept paper for the Development and Testing Center in Richmond, VA, and led the successful, on-time, and under-budget delivery of the Base Realignment and Closure initiative from 2011 to 2013. A Rutgers University alumnus, Paul holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Project Management Professional, driving transformative change in military and federal government initiatives. Courtney's leadership experience includes implementing new accounting systems and supporting program management through proactive forecasting, planning, and budgeting. She has held significant positions at Core4ce, CACI International Inc., Gov Solutions Group, and Barling Bay, LLC. Her extensive knowledge spans Federal Acquisition Regulations, DoD procurement, and Defense Contract Audit Agency policies.
